Delicious apple muffin: the easiest pastry for tea

A food blogger with the nickname polli_cooking shared a recipe for an apple muffin on Instagram. This type of baking will be a great source of warmth and home comfort, which is so necessary in the fall.
Ingredients
- Apples - 2 pcs
- Sugar - 100 gr + 20 gr to apples
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Milk - 150 ml
- Butter - 50 gr
- Flour - 180 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Vanilla flavor
- Ginger
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Cloves
Ingredients for the crumble
- Butter - 20 gr
- Flour - 40 gr
- Sugar - 40 gr
Method of preparation
1. Peel and chop the apples, add sugar and spices.
2. For the dough, mix eggs with sugar, add milk, melted butter, vanilla flavoring and spices.
3. Knead the dough and add the apples.
4. For the sweet crumble, combine all the ingredients and grind with your hands.
5. Pour the dough into a parchment-lined mold, sprinkle with crumbs on top.
6. Put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick.
