A field with hundreds of cheap Tesla 2024 models was shown online
A field with the cheapest Tesla of 2024 - Model 3 after restyling - attracted the attention of Internet users. The cars look abandoned. All of this resembles sites with abandoned electric cars in China, although it happens in a completely different part of the world.
The discovery was made in Tampa, Florida, USA. There are hundreds of Tesla Model 3s on the field. There are also Model Y crossovers. The photo was published on Reddit.
The cars appear to be ownerless and simply abandoned. Just like in China, where manufacturers store unwanted electric cars in fields that they produced with government subsidies but could not sell because of falling demand.
No buyers have yet been found for these cars.

The photo shows that thick tall grass has grown around these Teslas. It turned out that one of the local service centers confirmed the cars' ownership. This field is used as a storage facility for new electric vehicles that have not yet been sold. There is no more space on the dealer lots.
All in all, this is yet another confirmation that the electric vehicle market has slowed down significantly and demand has cooled. Although this was already obvious to everyone.
