Frozen Dough Cruffin Easter cake: A Quick and Easy Recipe

I know that many of you don't like to bother with yeast dough. And this is the only thing that separates you from making homemade Easter cake. That's why I came up with this recipe for kraffin cake. With this recipe, you take ready-made puff and yeast dough and immediately proceed to the point where you fill it with various spices and dried fruits. Doesn't it sound wonderful?

What you need for a kraffin cake: 1 kg of puff-yeast dough, 100 g each of dried cranberries, dried apricots, poppy seeds, butter and cognac. 1 pack each of ground cinnamon and chocolate, 100-150 g of sugar, and 1 egg yolk for greasing.

And what do you do with all this? First, you defrost the dough. Divide it into strips, sprinkle flour on the table. Stack these strips on top of each other on the table and roll them out a little. Dice the dried apricots, mix them with the cranberries, and pour over the cognac. Melt the butter and brush the dough with it. Sprinkle the dough with poppy seeds, sugar, cinnamon, and chopped chocolate. Add dried apricots and cranberries.

Roll up the dough and twist it into a snail, just like in the video. Cover the baking molds with parchment and grease them with oil. Put the dough into the molds and let it rise for 30-40 minutes. Then brush with egg yolk and bake for about 50-60 minutes at 180 degrees.

That's it, you have a homemade Easter cake, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. And you made it yourself, putting all your love into it. And now you can pass this love on to your family by treating them to a festive pastry. Here.
