A food blogger with the nickname katia_cooking_ shared on her Instagram how to make quick pickled tomatoes so that all guests would be surprised. It turns out that it only takes a few minutes.
Ingredients:
- Cherry tomatoes - 500 gr
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Olive oil - 5-7 tbsp
- Salt
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Cilantro - a bunch
- A mixture of peppers
- Dried chili pepper - to taste, but you can do without it
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into 4 pieces, and put them in a deep bowl.
2. Peel and chop the garlic.
3. In a separate container, combine apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic, chopped herbs and spices. Mix well.
4. Pour the dressing over the tomatoes, stir and serve.
