CHOCOLATE HEART CUPCAKES FOR HIS HEART

Perfect chocolate cupcakes

They are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside – like brownies.

There will be a lot of ingredients, so let's go in order:

The following is the text in the original language

MUFFINS:

– Egg – 2 pcs.

– Sugar – 150 grams

– Butter – 100 gr

– Cream 35% – 100 gr

– Flour – 110 gr

– Cocoa – 50 gr

– Baking powder – 5 g

Cream the butter at room temperature with the sugar, add all the liquid ingredients, and mix. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, and mix until smooth.

Put the dough into heart-shaped molds.

If you don't have heart-shaped molds, it doesn't matter, just use these:

LIFEHACK 1: to make a heart shape, roll foil balls and insert them into an iron muffin tin.

Transfer the dough to a pastry syringe, but if you don't have one, I have a solution:

LIFEHACK 2: Instead of a pastry syringe, you can use a universal slider bag. Just cut off a corner, and it will be very convenient to put the dough into molds.

Fill 2/3 of the molds, and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Or check the doneness with toothpicks - ovens bake differently.

CREAM CHEESE DECORATION:

– Cream cheese – 200 gr.

– Butter (comp. temp.) – 60 gr

– Powdered sugar – 40 g

Beat all ingredients with a whisk or blender until stiff peaks form.

CRANBERRY FILLING (CRANBERRIES)

– Fresh cranberries – 160 g

– Sugar – 60 g

– Pectin – 5 g

Mix everything in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and cook for another 3-5 minutes.

Blend with an immersion blender and strain through a sieve.

Next, you need to make a parchment cornet from parchment, which will not let moisture in.

Next: take out the middle of the cake with a spoon, put the cranberry sauce in the vacant space, and draw beautiful hearts with cream on top.

Cranberries can be replaced with any other berry.

Save the recipe, cook it for your loved ones, and happy holiday.
