Recipe for cheesecakes

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 500 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 20-30 g
  • vanilla - a pinch
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • coconut oil for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Grind the cottage cheese with sugar and egg. Add coconut flakes and leave for 5 minutes.
