What a delicious salad to make with crab sticks: everything is very elementary

The idea of making a salad of crab sticks with fresh cucumber was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Polina with the nickname polli_cooking. The dish is also very budget-friendly.

Ingredients:

• 250 g of crab sticks
• fresh cucumber
• 2-3 boiled eggs
• 1 can of corn
• 150 g of mayonnaise
• green onions

Method of preparation:

1. Put the crab sticks in the first layer and grease with mayonnaise.

2. Next, a layer of fresh cucumbers, which are again greased with mayonnaise.

3. Then put a layer of finely grated eggs and grate your favorite cheese, spread mayonnaise on top.

4. Put the corn in the last layer.

5. Draw a grid on it with mayonnaise and garnish with green onions.
