Zrazy is the perfect dish for a hearty lunch or dinner. To make sure they are not dry, make a filling of cabbage, mushrooms and fillet with onions and spices.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for very satisfying zrazy with mushrooms and chicken fillet, which are prepared very quickly.
Ingredients:
- 3-4 potatoes
- 1-2 tbsp of flour
- egg - 1 pc.
- salt, pepper
Filling:
- fillet - 1 pc. (can be replaced with minced meat)
- mushrooms - 100 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes until tender, drain and mash them to a puree. Add the egg, spices and flour, and stir the dough with a spoon.
2. Finely chop the fillet and mushrooms and fry for 5-7 minutes. Add finely chopped onion, spices and fry until golden brown.
3. Flour your hands and the table. Take the potato dough with a spoon and put the filling inside. Pinch the edges and roll in flour.
4. Fry in a well-heated frying pan until golden brown for 7-10 minutes on both sides.
