Soup with minced meat in 15 minutes: a recipe for a hearty and tasty dish
If you want to make a delicious soup very quickly, not only meat, fish, and minced meat are suitable for this purpose. You can add cream for a delicate flavor and aroma.

Ingredients:
- Minced pork - 420-450 g
- Potatoes - 380-400 g
- Onion - 120 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves.
- Cream 15% - 250 ml (if 20% 200 ml)
- Butter
- Paprika - 1 hour
- Italian herbs - 2-3 tsp.
- Hard cheese
- Water - 2.5 liters
- Salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Dice the potatoes and boil until tender.
2. Fry the onion and garlic, also diced, in butter for a few minutes and add the minced meat. Add paprika, Italian herbs, and ground pepper, and fry the minced meat until tender.
3. Without pouring out the water, mash the potatoes in a blender and add the minced meat to the pan, pour in the cream, salt and pepper and add more Italian herbs if desired.
4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook for another 10 minutes.
