Ingredients:
- 1 chicken fillet
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard
- smoked bacon (10-12 strips)
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 30 g of butter
- a sprig of rosemary
Method of preparation:
1. Cut chicken fillet into strips about 1.5 cm thick.

2. Add mustard and soy sauce. Mix and leave for 30 minutes.
