Puffy omelet like in a kindergarten: cooked in the oven
An omelet is a very simple egg dish that can be cooked in the oven or microwave, as well as steamed or fried. To make it especially tender, it is advised to cook it with milk. To make it more nutritious, you can add cheese, pita bread, sausage, or vegetables.
One of the culinary blogs (reeixit) on Instagram published a recipe for an omelet with milk in the oven, which turns out to be fluffy and tall, like in a kindergarten.
Ingredients:
- eggs
- milk
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs into a measuring bowl and add some milk.
2. Whisk everything lightly. Season with salt.
3. Put the egg dish in a preheated oven to 200 degrees and reduce to 170-180 degrees after 5 minutes. Bake for about 20-30 minutes (focus on the number of eggs and increase the baking time by 3-5 minutes with each added egg).
