Peach pie with caramel without flour and eggs: a simple recipe from Yana Stanishevska

The pie is an ideal, quick-to-make dessert for tea that can be made with any dough and any filling. In summer, it is best to make them with berries and fruits, as well as with light creams.

Blogger Yana Stanishevska shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, light peach and caramel pie that takes only 20 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • Peaches (plums can be used) – 3 pcs.
Ripe peaches
  • Lemon juice – 1/3 pc.
  • Sugar – 75
How to choose natural butter
  • Butter – 75
What to cook with puff pastry
  • Puff pastry layer – 1 pc.

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the peaches and cut them into slices.

2. Put the sugar in a frying pan and wait until it starts to spread, then add the butter and lemon juice.

3. Put caramel on the bottom of the mold, and peach slices on top, and cover with dough.
