Ingredients:
- Peeled pumpkin - 300 g
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
- Teriyaki sauce - 1 tbsp.
- Feta - 100 g
- Salad mix
- Pine nuts - 10 g
Dressing:
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp. l
- Salt, pepper - to taste
Method ofpreparation:
1️. Cut the pumpkin into 2x2 cm, pour soy and Teriyaki sauce and oil, mix, bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
2. Cut the feta into cubes, fry the nuts for 5 minutes to make them more flavorful. Wash the lettuce leaves.
3. Put the lettuce, pumpkin, feta on a plate, pour the dressing and sprinkle with nuts.
