Lush berry muffins for tea: the dough is based on sour cream

Homemade, tasty, and very easy-to-prepare pastries are muffins. They can be made with milk, sour cream, and different doughs. For the filling, you can use berries, zest, fruit, honey, nuts, and chocolate.

Cook Viktoriia shared a recipe for berry muffins with chocolate, made with sour cream, on Instagram.

Ingredients:

• flour – 180 g
• sugar – 120 g
• sour cream – 100 g
• eggs – 2 pcs.
• butter – 70 g
• baking powder – 10 g
• salt – a pinch
• vanilla sugar – 1 tsp.
• berries, chocolate, citrus zest – optional

Method of preparation:

1. Whisk the oil with sugar, add the egg, and continue whisking, add the sour cream and whisk again.

2. Pour the flour with baking powder and salt into the finished mixture, add the zest, and mix well.

3. Add the berries and chocolate to the finished dough and mix again.

4. Put the finished dough into the molds, filling 3/4 full, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
