Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 350 g
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- sugar – 2 tbsp.
- salt – 1/3 tsp.
- flour – 5-6 tbsp.
- butter
Method of preparation:
1. Beat cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, and salt well with a blender, add flour, and knead with a spoon.
2. Sprinkle the surface with flour, put the dough, and divide the dough into 4 parts, sprinkle each with flour and roll into a sausage, cut into small pieces 5 mm thick.
3. Boil the dumplings in salted boiling water for 1-2 minutes from the moment of boiling.
Put the finished dumplings in a bowl, add butter and mix.
