Ingredients:

  • pita bread - 1 sheet
  • eggs - 5 pcs
  • milk ~ 50 ml
  • cottage cheese - 150 g
  • greens - to taste
  • corn - 2 tbsp
  • cottage cheese - 100 g
  • salt and spices

Method of preparation:

1. Use scissors to cut the pita bread into small pieces.

2. Divide it into 2 parts.

3. Mix eggs, milk, salt and spices in a separate bowl.

4. Grate the cheese and chop the greens.

5. Put parchment on the bottom of the mold.

6. Dip half of the pita bread in the egg and put the bottom layer in the mold.

7. Sprinkle with cheese.

8. Add cottage cheese (preferably grainy), sprinkle with corn and herbs.

9. Dip the other half of the pita bread in egg and put it on top.

10. Sprinkle with cheese.

11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20-30 minutes.
