Juicy chicken meatballs: cooked with sauce
Meatballs are a very tasty and satisfying dish that can be made from any meat, even buckwheat and rice. To make them juicy, cook them with sauces.

Ingredients:
Ingredients for meatballs:
- Minced chicken - 800 g
- Large onion - 1/2 (2 parts for sauce)
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Breadcrumbs - 100 g
- A little milk
- Salt, pepper - to taste
For the sauce:
- Mushrooms - 500 g
- The second half of the onion
- Cream 10% - 500 g
- Flour - 4 tbsp
- A little water
- Parsley
- Butter - to taste
- Salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Add finely chopped onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper to the minced meat and mix well. Add a little milk and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
3. Form the meatballs (for convenience, wear gloves and grease them with vegetable oil to prevent the minced meat from sticking) and place them on parchment paper. And put in the oven for 180 g for 25 minutes.
4. Add butter to a frying pan and fry the onion and mushrooms. Pour in the cream, a little water, add flour and salt to taste.
5. Transfer the meatballs and cook for another 10 minutes. Add the finely chopped parsley at the end.
