Recipe for Scones from Lisa Glinska

English scones are a basic dessert often served with tea in the UK. They can be absolutely any shape, but most often round. They go perfectly with jam or any cream. The dough for such pastries is quite simple, so even those who cook this food for the first time will succeed.

The idea of making buns with the interesting name "Skones" was shared by the famous Ukrainian pastry chef Lisa Glinska on her Instagram page.
