How to cook healthy buckwheat for dinner: you need a minimum of ingredients
According to experts, buckwheat is the healthiest and most delicious cereal. It can be prepared in different ways: boiled, simply poured with kefir, and eaten, or baked in the oven with meat and vegetables.

Ingredients:
- buckwheat
- onion
- carrot
- chicken thighs (already marinated)
- water
- spices
Method of preparation:
1. Marinate the chicken thighs: mix the oil, salt, pepper, and herbs to the chicken, put the meat in the marinade, and leave for 1 hour.
2. Fry the onions and carrots and put them in the bottom of the baking dish.
3. Rinse the buckwheat and sprinkle it on the onions and carrots, add spices. Pour water over the top to cover the buckwheat and place the chicken thighs on top. Cover with foil in 2 layers and put in the oven at 190 C for 40 minutes.
