Ingredients:

  • 1 cabbage – 1.5 kg
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1.5 tbsp. of tomato paste
  • 100-150 ml of water
  • salt, pepper, oil, bay leaf

Method of preparation:

1. Fry the onions and carrots until golden brown.
