Ingredients:

  • liver - 500-700 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • milk - 200-300 g
  • nutmeg - 0.25 tsp.
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • salt and pepper - to taste
  • oregano - 0.5 tsp.
  • cheese - 100-150 g

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the onion into half rings and fry in a little oil until golden brown.
