Ingredients:
- rice - 1/2 cup
- water - 1 cup
- milk - 2 cups
- powdered milk or powdered cream - 2 tbsp.
- salt, sugar - to taste
- butter - 30-40 g
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the rice, put it in a saucepan, and cover with water, cover and cook over low heat until the water boils.
2. Then add milk, stir, and cook over low heat, then add sugar, and milk powder and cook for a few more minutes.
Porridge will be delicious both hot and cold.
