How to cook a delicious pizza

Ingredients:

  • Water – 300 ml
  • Flour – 500 g
  • Oil – 30 ml
  • 0.5 teaspoon of salt
  • Sugar – 0.5 tsp
  • Yeast – 10-12 g

Sauce:

  • Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp. 
  • Onion – 0.5 pcs.
  • Sweet pepper – 0.5 pcs.
  • Garlic – 1-2 cloves.
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Tomatoes – 4-5 pcs.
  • Paprika – 1 tsp.
  • Sugar – 1 tsp.
  • Oregano – 0.5 tsp.
  • Vinegar 6% – 2 tsp.
  • Red onion – 1 pc + water - 200 ml + vinegar 9% – 100 ml
  • Ham – 10 slices
  • Cucumbers – 1-2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 300 g
  • Dill.

Method of preparation:

1. Sift the flour. Mix the yeast with water, add sugar, egg, flour, salt and mix. Knead the dough, put it in a bowl, and let it rise.

2. Finely chop the tomatoes, peppers, and onions, simmer until soft, and add the spices.

3. Roll out the dough, put the sauce, ham, pickled onions, pickled cucumber and sprinkle with cheese.
