It is very easy to make delicious sausage at home. And even without a casing. All you need is a regular baking sleeve. The dish is also moderately fatty, because it is made from chicken meat.

The idea of making homemade chicken sausage was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tetiana Kucherkova (tatiana_kucherkova). To make the dish have a pleasant color, add paprika to the meat.

Ingredients:

  • 800 g of meat - chicken fillet and thigh
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • paprika for color
  • garlic for color
  • 150-200 ml of cold milk/cream/broth
  • baking sleeve or foil

Method of preparation:

1. Grind the fillet, cut the thigh into pieces.

2. Mix all the ingredients (the minced meat will be liquid at first glance, but then it will thicken).

3. Put in the refrigerator for about 40-60 minutes.

4. Cut the sleeve, sprinkle with paprika and form into a sausage.

5. Put in a preheated 180-degree oven for about 1 hour (if minced pork - 1.5).

6. You can boil and then fry the sausage in a frying pan.
