Holiday salad with chicken and pineapple that turns out very hearty

Chicken and pineapple is a combination that has many fans. It's especially tasty in a salad. And if you add corn, you'll get the perfect hearty dish for a festive table.

The idea of making a salad with chicken and pineapple was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Iryna Dyba. Be sure to add apples: they will juiciness and a pleasant sourness.

Ingredients:

• 1 can canned corn
• 1 can of canned pineapple
• 2 apples (sour varieties are best)
• 400 g of smoked chicken breast
• 200 g of mayonnaise

Method of preparation:

1. Peel apples.

2. Cut into elongated pieces of about 1.5 by 0.5 cm together with chicken and pineapple.

3. Make sure that all the liquid from the canned food is drained.

4. Season with mayonnaise.

5. Mix everything well. But you need to do this before serving.
