Healthy lentil soup with meat and vegetables for lunch: a recipe from the cook
Lentils are an ideal product for making delicious soups, cereals and even cutlets. It goes well with meat, smoked meats, vegetables and spices.

Ingredients:
- Lentils - 300 g
- Veal or other meat - 0.5 kg
- Smoked meats or bacon, chicken breast or just smoked chicken - 500 g
- Tomatoes in their own juice - 0.4 g
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Celery - 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 3-4 cloves.
- Zira, smoked paprika, salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the meat, leave the broth.
2. Boil the lentils until soft.
3. Dice the onion, grate the carrots, cut the celery into small pieces and fry for about 5-7 minutes. Add the chopped smoked meats, fry together for a few minutes and add spices to taste.
4. Add the tomatoes and garlic to the roast, simmer for a few minutes and add to the veal in the broth, cook for a few minutes and add the lentils, add spices and chili.
5. Cook the soup for 10 minutes and serve.
