Ingredients:
- Overgrown cucumbers
Marinade:
- Salt - 70 g
- Sugar - 50 g
- Vinegar 9% - 70 ml
- Horseradish leaves
- Garlic
- Peppercorns
- Boiling water
Method of preparation:
1. Wash cucumbers and cut into small cubes.
2. Place horseradish leaves, garlic and pepper in sterile jars. Top with cucumbers, pour boiling water over them, cover with lids and let stand for 15-20 minutes.
2. Drain water from cucumbers, add salt, sugar, vinegar and bring to a boil. Pour the marinade over the cucumbers and close hermetically.
Ready-made pickles!
