Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese – 200 g
- Apples – 2 pcs.
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Wheat flour – 80 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Baking powder – 1/2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the cottage cheese, sugar, and eggs with an immersion blender until smooth.
