Crispy homemade bread with kefir and water that always turns out well
Bread is one of the most popular products in Ukraine, and you can easily make it yourself at home in just 40 minutes. All you need is 4-5 ingredients.
Food blogger Anna (anny.cooking) shared a recipe for delicious homemade bread, which can be made with both water and kefir, on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- flour - 500 g
- kefir - 300 g
- hot water - 50 ml
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- sugar - 3 tsp.
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix flour with baking soda.
2. Mix kefir, salt, sugar and oil until the salt and sugar dissolve.
3. Then mix the liquid and dry ingredients, add hot water and mix well to make the dough thick.
4. Leave the finished dough for 15-20 minutes to rise.
5. Pour oil on a surface and grease your hands with some too. Put the dough on the surface and knead it.
6. Put the finished dough into a mold or on a baking sheet and place in the oven at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
