Crispy bagels with delicious filling: the perfect homemade dessert for tea
Bagels can be made with different fillings, but the most important thing is to make the right dough. To make them successful, the dough should be cooked with butter.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, crispy bagels with jam, which would be a great dessert for tea.
Ingredients:
- flour – 280 g
- egg – 1 pc.
- butter – 80 g
- sour cream – 120 g
- baking powder – 1 tsp.
- salt – 1/2 tsp.
- sugar – 60-70 g
- vanillin
Method of preparation:
1. To prepare the dough, sift the flour, add baking powder, vanilla, salt, and sugar, mix everything, add chopped cold butter, and rub it into crumbs with your hands.
2. Add the egg and sour cream and knead the dough. Put it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
3. Roll out and slice.
4. Spread the filling and roll the bagels. Put the finished bagels on the parchment. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 C.
Sprinkle the finished bagels with powdered sugar.
