Coffee can not be brought to a boil: how to cook a morning drink
Coffee is one of the most popular and delicious drinks. At home, it is prepared in different ways, adding milk, cream, cinnamon, cocoa, and even citrus fruits.
The FoodOboz editorial team shares with you useful tips on how to properly brew coffee so that it does not lose its pleasant aroma, or taste, or become bitter and sour.
The first thing you should pay attention to is the coffee bean. Medium-roasted Arabica is best for brewing, not blends. This type is of higher quality and does not contain impurities.
Secondly, you need to grind coffee immediately before brewing so that the finished drink has a rich aroma and taste.
The third rule is that coffee should be brewed in a copper, silver, or clay jezve. Approximate proportions: 6 g of coffee/100 g of water.
If you like to drink coffee with sugar, it's better to use cane sugar, because regular sugar interrupts the real coffee flavor.
And the most important point: coffee does not need to be brewed. Simply put, the drink does not need to be brought to a boil. The optimal temperature is 90-95 degrees. If the coffee boils, it will be bitter.
