How to make delicious, crispy zucchini

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, canned zucchini with chili ketchup, cloves and vinegar.

Zucchini recipe

Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 2 kg
  • water - 7 cups
  • vinegar - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • salt - 2 tbsp.
  • Chili ketchup - 8 tbsp.
  • cloves - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut zucchini into rings.

2. Marinade: add sugar, salt, chili ketchup and vinegar to boiling water, stir, reduce heat and simmer for another 15 minutes.

3. Place cloves, pepper and zucchini on top in hot sterilized jars. After pour the hot marinade over the zucchini, sterilize for another 10 minutes and close with lids. Turn the jars upside down, cover with towels and leave to cool.
