If you need to come up with a dessert quickly, feel free to use the products you have in your fridge. You can definitely make a full-fledged cake out of them. It's based on cookies, so you don't even have to bake it.

The idea of making a cake from ingredients that are always in the fridge was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valeria with the nickname valerikiry. In addition to cookies, you will need cottage cheese and sour cream.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 400 g
  • sour cream - 200 g
  • cream - 30 ml on request
  • coconut flakes - 30 g
  • sugar - 80 g
  • coffee for brewing
  • shortbread cookies 2 packages - 400 g
  • cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
  • vanilla extract

Method of preparation:

1. Brew coffee.

2. Then cool it to room temperature.

3. Combine the cottage cheese with sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, coconut flakes.

4. Stir until smooth. If the cottage cheese is not soft, first beat it with a blender with sour cream.

5. Dip the biscuits in coffee and put them on the bottom of a rectangular dish, then put a layer of cream on top.

6. Repeat the layers until all the products are used up. The last layer should be the cream.

7. Sprinkle with cocoa and put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, and then enjoy.
