Lazy khachapuri in Megrelian style: the easiest recipe for a delicious dish
Homemade khachapuri is a very tasty and hearty dish, the basis of which is dough and several types of cheese. It is worth noting that the dish can be cooked both in the oven and in a frying pan.
Cook Anastasia shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious khachapuri with cheese that takes only 20 minutes to cook.
Ingredients:
- flour - 350 g
- sugar - 15 g
- warm water - 220 ml
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- dry yeast - 4 g
- salt - 5 g
- mix of suluguni, brynza, circassian and mozzarella cheese - 500 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- butter - 30
Method of preparation:
1. Dissolve sugar, salt and yeast in warm water. Add flour and knead the dough, pour oil and mix once again. Cover the dough with a towel and leave it for 1-1,5 hours.
2. Grate the cheese. Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll out each half of the dough on a flour-dusted surface in a thin circle. Place half of the cheese and gather the edges of the circle like a pouch, roll out in a thin circle.
3. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake at 200 C for 20 minutes.
Brush the hot khachapuri with butter!
