Lady Gaga's performance at the opening of the Olympics in Paris was a complete failure: the sound failed, the dancer fell

Gaga's performance in Paris turned into a scandal

Fans of singer Lady Gaga were not happy with her performance at the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. Although the artist prepared a symbolic performance in a glamorous style and even learned a French song, her team performed frankly poorly.

According to the Daily Mail, in the middle of the performance in the French capital, the sound went bad. In addition, a video of an embarrassment with one of the dancers is circulating online.

The 38-year-old author of the hit song Bad Romance performed the legendary song Mon Truc en Plumes by French singer Zizi Jeanmer, putting on a spectacular show in a very revealing Christian Dior costume.

However, not everyone understood the organizers' decision to invite an American celebrity to Paris. After the opening of the competition, dissatisfied comments began to circulate online that a star from France should have opened the Olympics.

Public discontent was also fueled by the unprofessionalism of the team preparing Gaga's performance. Social media criticized the sound and blamed the singer for her broken French and allegedly poor preparation.

One of the dancers performing on stage with Lady Gaga suddenly collapsed on the spot, apparently slipping. This embarrassment also went viral.

Earlier, OBOZ.UA wrote that the terminally ill Celine Dion repeated her legendary performance at the opening of the Olympics in Paris for a huge fee. This was her first live concert in many years, but she sang only one song.
