Scholz announces large-scale deportation from Germany following his visit to Israel

German Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz has spoken about the mass deportation of people from Germany. According to him, everyone who has no right to stay in the country should leave.

The German Chancellor made this statement in an interview with Der Spiegel after returning from Israel. He explained that this does not apply to people who came to Germany as laborers, as well as those seeking asylum due to political persecution.

"Anyone who does not belong to any of these groups cannot stay. That is why we are limiting illegal migration to Germany. Too many people are coming," the politician explained.

According to him, the flow of people to the country can be reduced by a set of measures, one of which is quite radical.

"We must finally deport those who have no right to stay in Germany en masse," the chancellor said.

Scholz emphasized that to speed up this process, it is necessary to streamline and digitalize the work of government agencies.

"We need to deport people more often and faster," he said.

Scholz raised this topic in the context of a question about attacks on Jews in Germany, which have recently become more frequent. The journalist noted that many people with Arab roots are among those in Germany who harbor hatred for Israel. Scholz emphasized that the authorities have been closely monitoring such manifestations in society for a long time, but it is time to act more radically.

As a reminder, an air raid alarm caught German Chancellor Olaf Scholz on his flight from Israel at Ben Gurion Airport. He had to lie down with his delegation. At the time, Hamas militants were attacking Tel Aviv with rockets and there were no shelters nearby.

It happened right on the runway for safety reasons. Scholz was then taken to a shelter. However, he still managed to see two air defense explosions.
