Ukrainian air defense forces shoot down four Russian missiles over Ukraine at night

On the night of June 21, the Air Defense Forces of Ukraine shot down four Russian guided missiles in the sky. The occupiers launched them from airplanes.

Air defense was operating in the south. This was reported by the commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Mykola Oleshchuk.

According to him, on Friday night, Russian troops launched X-59/X-69 guided missiles from tactical aircraft.

All four enemy targets were neutralized by the Air Defense Forces within Kirovohrad and Kherson regions.

"Thank you for your combat work! Together – to victory!" said Oleshchuk.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, during a massive Russian attack on the night of June 20, Ukrainian defenders shot down 32 of 36 Russian air targets. In particular, all four X-101/X-555 missiles, one X-59, and all 27 Shahed attack UAVs were neutralized.
