The enemy intensified attacks in several directions at once, with 149 military clashes during the day - General Staff

The Russian occupation army intensified its activity in several areas at once. A total of 149 combat engagements took place over the last day.

This is stated in the General Staff's report as of 22:00 on July 13. Most of the fighting is taking place in the Pokrovsk, Lyman, Vremivka and Kharkiv sectors.

Since the beginning of the day, the Russian invaders have launched three missiles and 103 UAVs. In addition, the Russians used 512 kamikaze drones and shelled the Ukrainian troops' positions and populated areas over 3,200 times.

"Ukrainian defenders continue to resolutely repel the enemy's attempts to advance into the depths of our territory, inflicting effective fire damage and depleting it along the entire front line," the statement said.

Separately, the General Staff noted the soldiers of the 14th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Roman the Great, who are effectively destroying the enemy in their defense line, causing significant losses in manpower and equipment.

Situation at the front

In the Kharkiv sector, the enemy conducted 13 offensive attacks near Vovchansk and Hlyboke. The Russians were defeated.

In the Kupyansk sector, the enemy also attacked our positions 13 times. Ukrainian defenders repelled ten attacks. Three are currently ongoing.

In the Lyman sector, Russian invaders attacked the defensive lines of our units 14 times over the last day. According to updated information, all the battles ended without success for the enemy.

In the Northern sector, the enemy was advancing in the areas of Bilohorivka, Rozdolivka, Spirne, Verkhniokamianske and Vyymka. Ukrainian defenders stopped five Russian attacks, three more combat engagements are ongoing.

In the Kramatorsk sector, 11 enemy assault actions took place. According to updated information, three attacks are currently underway in the area of Chasiv Yar.

In the Toretsk sector, Russians unsuccessfully attacked the Defense Forces 15 times near Pivnichne, Toretsk and Nyzhnyk.

Russian invaders were most active in the Pokrovsk sector today. Since the beginning of the day, the occupants have tried to break through our defense 37 times. Five combat engagements are still ongoing.

The enemy suffers significant losses in this sector. Today alone, 227 occupants were neutralized, 79 of them were irretrievably wounded. Also, three armored personnel carriers, one infantry fighting vehicle, one motorized vehicle, two armored personnel carriers, two vehicles and one MT-LB were destroyed. In addition, an armored personnel carrier, five 122-mm D-30 howitzers, one MT-12 Rapier anti-tank gun, an armored combat vehicle and a 120-mm mortar were damaged.

In the Kurakhove sector, the enemy attacked our positions 17 times near Krasnohorivka, Kostiantynivka and Peremoha. According to the updated information, four battles are still ongoing.

In the Vremivka sector, the Russians conducted 18 offensives. Our defenders repelled 16 attacks. Two are still ongoing.

In the Prydniprovskyi sector, all the occupants' efforts to push our units from their positions were unsuccessful.

In other areas, the situation has not changed significantly.
