According to NATO standards: the Pentagon told how many Ukrainian soldiers are trained in Germany

According to information provided by Pentagon representatives, the United States is training Ukrainian servicemen in Germany. Units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are being trained on new military equipment and tactics in accordance with NATO standards.

This was reported by the Pentagon spokesman General Patrick Ryder during a briefing. The Ukrainian military is reportedly being trained at the training ground in Grafenwoehr.

"The exercise continues at Grafenwoehr," the U.S. defense official said. - "We will be able to continue to provide this type of support, this ability to train Ukrainians as long as there is a continued need.

As Ryder noted, there are currently more than two thousand Ukrainian troops in Grafenwoehr. He also added that the upcoming exercises will depend on the number of units that the Ukrainian Armed Forces will be able to send for training.

Earlier it was reported that military exercises under the auspices of the United States had started in Estonia. During the exercise, the Ukrainian Defense Forces together with their allies are practicing the rapid redeployment of troops and equipment of the Alliance.

General Mark Milley also previously spoke about the training of the Ukrainian Armed Forces according to NATO standards. Thus, thanks to the military assistance of the United States and other Western partners, in particular with equipment and training, the defenders of Ukraine now have much more opportunities for the offensive compared to last year.
