"They shout that Russia owes something. This is nonsense": Russian world champion insults world sports legend for supporting Ukraine

Plyushchev criticized Hašek

The former head coach of the Russian national team, Vladimir Plushchev, has spoken insultingly of legendary hockey player Dominik Hašek because of his support for Ukraine. The 2002 World Youth Championship champion called the two-time Stanley Cup winner a sick person who allegedly criticizes Russia for no reason.

Plyushchev said this in an interview with the propaganda channel Match TV. The Russian coach, who fiercely supports the murder of Ukrainians and the imperialist ambitions of Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin, accused Hašek of being ungrateful to Russia.

"Hašek has a chronic mental exacerbation, he is completely inadequate. He doesn't just say something all the time, he talks about a topic that is on everyone's tongue. Former spermatozoa, which were conceived after the Great Patriotic War, are now jumping around and shouting that Russia owes something. To whom do we owe what? This is bullshit. Hašek is from the same party. I feel sorry for him as a human being. He wants to look even more sh*tty on a pile of sh*t than anyone else," Plyushchev said.

Earlier, Hašek said that Russians have no right to play in international tournaments "until they leave Ukraine and put Putin on trial." For this, CSKA's honorary president Boris Mikhailov attacked the Czech with insults.

It is worth noting that Hašek has been a vocal supporter of Ukraine. After a trip to Kyiv and Kharkiv last summer, he recorded a video message to Ukrainians, wishing them to "drive the Russian sh*t away."

As OBOZ.UA previously reported, Dominik Hašek was accused of hypocrisy after taking part in the opening ceremony of a National Hockey League match. In response, the former goalkeeper apologized for this step and called it a mistake.
