Undefeated Ukrainian boxer Oleh Malynowskyi (28-0, 8 KOs) came under fire from Russian occupiers in Kherson region. The incident with the 35-year-old lightweight occurred on the way from the village of Sadove, where he was carrying humanitarian aid for local residents.
The WBO intercontinental champion posted a video on his Instagram account in which he described what happened. According to Oleh, as a result of the shell falling 10 metres away, the windscreen of one car was broken, and the second bead was pierced through.
"The third bus, in which I was travelling, had a hit on the right side. Small ones, but they are pierced through. The most important thing is that everyone is safe and sound," said Malynovskyi.
