Propagandist Guberniev advised Russian "biathletes to stop preparing for the Olympics, to which we will not go"

Russian commentator Dmitry Guberniev once again expressed confidence that the aggressor country's national team will miss the next Olympic Games, both summer and winter. The journalist of the propaganda TV channel "Match TV" advised the leaders of the national biathlon team not to prepare for the main starts of the four-year period.

Gouberniev said this in his commentary on "Match TV." Commenting on the decision of the national team leader Alexander Loginov to focus on individual training, the employee of the TV channel stressed that the athletes should concentrate on the national competitions.

"I don't know exactly what plans Loginov has. But if a man has chosen the path of independent training, it means he is not ending his career. That's the most important thing. I really want to see Sasha at the competitions. I would like to advise biathletes to stop training for the Olympics, to which we won't go. We need all the strongest to compete at the maximum number of starts in Russia," said Guberniev.

Earlier, the journalist said that Russia will miss the next four Olympics. Note that the Winter Games 2026 will be held in Italian cities of Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo from 6 to 22 February.

As reported by OBOZREVATEL, the head of the Russian Ski Racing Federation (FSRF) Elena Vyalbe demanded from the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to allow athletes from the aggressor country to the Games in Paris under the flag of Russia. She noted that only if this condition is met will her compatriots agree to compete at the 2024 Olympic Games.
