Yuran spoke cynically about the war

Former Russian national football player Sergey Yuran cynically wished peace to Ukraine, against which Russia is waging a criminal war, killing civilians. The native of Luhansk, who played for Dynamo Kyiv for four years, saw "Nazis" in our country.

Juran said this in an interview with Sport24. The former forward for Benfica Lisbon, Spartak Moscow and Sturm Austria added that it was "hard to see normal guys being driven to the front," forgetting to mention the defense of their land by Ukrainians.

"I have only one dream: that the Slavs live in peace again, as they used to. Ukrainians, not counting these Nazis, are a very welcoming people. It's hard for me to see normal guys being driven to the front. I want it to end soon," said Yuran.

Earlier, he told us how he was beaten by legendary players of Dynamo Kyiv. "At that moment, Andriy Bal, may he rest in peace, Demyanenko and Bezsonov helped me a lot. Once, in the shower room, they gave me a hand. They explained what was what," the Russian recalled.

As OBOZ.UA previously reported, Russian football fans expressed dissatisfaction with the victory of the Ukrainian national team over Iceland in the final of the Euro 2024 qualifying rounds.
