Tripadvisor has named the beaches worthy of attention in 2024

Tripadvisor, a reputable online travel service, has published the World's Best Beaches rating for 2024. The annual ranking, based on reviews and ratings of vacationers, serves as a valuable information resource for millions of users planning their vacations.

Based on tourists' impressions of coastal areas collected from October 2022 to September 2023, experts were able to compile a list of resorts worthy of attention. The rating is available on the website.

This year, Praia da Falésia beach in the Portuguese province of Algarve took first place, displacing the six-time champion Bahia do Sancho in Brazil.

The tourist favorite impressed vacationers with its picturesque red rocks, soft sand, and clear water. It is ideal for sunbathing, walking, swimming and other beach activities.

The second place went to Spiaggia dei Conigli on the island of Isola dei Conigli in Italy. The shallow waters of this place are ideal for children, and high cliffs protect tourists from the waves of the Mediterranean Sea.

This year's bronze went to La Concha beach in Spain. "An iconic place right in the city with a huge sandy beach and clear blue water. There is plenty to do: from surfing to swimming. Be sure to bring a camera as panoramic views are a new level," experts described the Spanish coast.

Other beaches that made it to the top ten:

Kaanapali (USA)

Grace Bay Beach (Turks and Caicos)

Anse Lazio (Seychelles)

Manly Beach (Australia)

Eagle Beach (Aruba)

Siesta Beach (USA)

Varadero Beach (Cuba)
