How to make the perfect lip contour: all you need is lipstick

The famous makeup artist Katie Janes Hughes emphasized that the secret to neat lips is to use the thin part of the lipstick to create a clear contour. The New York Post reported the details.

The flat part of the applicator creates a "reduced visibility" when applying the product to the lips, which makes the application more uneven and cumbersome.

The makeup artist advises to draw the lower lip from the center, and use the tip of the lipstick as an eyeliner.

You can also take a pencil of a natural shade and carefully draw the line of the upper and lower lips. Makeup artists advise to increase the contours only in the central part, without touching the corners of the lips.

It is better to blend the contour with a cotton swab, moving from the edge to the center. You can use tint or matte lipstick over the pencil. Take a little on your brush or finger and apply it to your lips with light movements. Gloss will be inappropriate with this makeup.
