"Golden milk": how to make a trendy fall drink

Golden milk is a drink that has become a real fall trend. It is made with a mixture of spices and, usually, coconut milk. It is believed to be a great way to make the immune system even stronger.
A blogger with the nickname ket healing shared how to make golden milk on Instagram. It turns out that this drink has been prepared in India for many centuries and is called Haldi Doodh (Hot Turmetic Milk) there.
Ingredients
- milk (preferably coconut) - 200 ml
- cinnamon - ½ tsp
- ground or fresh grated ginger - ¼ tsp
- black pepper - a pinch
- cardamom or nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
Method of preparation
1. Pour milk into a saucepan.
2. Add all the spices and turn on the heat.
3. Heat the mixture for 10 minutes. It is not necessary to boil it.
4. Let the drink cool down. Strain it.
5. If necessary, add ½ tsp of coconut oil and honey.
