How to whiten clothes without bleach
One of the most effective and yet simplest tricks to effectively wash your favorite white clothes is to use ordinary baking soda. Thanks to its mild abrasive properties, it can soften dirt and dust and help to remove most stains.
In addition, the alkaline nature of baking soda increases the effectiveness of the laundry detergent. Thanks to this, even white socks can be restored to whiteness, which tend to turn gray after a few wears.
Hand wash
If you need to whiten a small number of things and want to control the result yourself, then pour warm water into a container and add laundry detergent and a small amount of baking soda. Allow the fabrics to soak in the solution and use a washboard to rub the items on it to remove dirt.
Machine wash
