The aftermath of the Ukrainian drone attack on Novorossiysk was shown on satellite images
Satellite images have been posted online showing the aftermath of a drone strike on the seaport in Novorossiysk. As a result of the attack on the night of May 17, a fire broke out on the territory of the facility.
Satellites recorded damage to at least one tank in the port, which belongs to a company that transships petroleum products, liquid mineral fertilizers and oil. This was reported by the Russian edition of Radio Svoboda.

"Satellite images taken on May 18 show traces of fire on the territory of the Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port, where a fire broke out after a Ukrainian drone strike on the night of May 17. The photo shows damage to at least one tank on the territory of the company OJSC IPP, which transships oil products, liquid mineral fertilizers and vegetable oils," Radio Liberty stated.

On May 17, early in the morning, it became known that a series of explosions had occurred in Novorossiysk. The network began to write about arrivals at the port and oil depot, and later it turned out that the attack on Novorossiysk, as well as Tuapse and the temporarily occupied Sevastopol, was the result of a joint operation by the SSU and the DIU.
On May 19, the DIU disclosed details of the attack on the Vyborg oil depot in Russia on the night of May 19. As a result of the attack, three fuel tanks were destroyed.
It was also reported that SSU drones attacked the Kushchevskaya and Slavyansk ECO airfields in Krasnodar Krai. The attack was carried out in cooperation with the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
Later, it became known that a refinery in the Kuban suspended operations after a nighttime drone attack.
