Eggs are a very healthy and valuable product that everyone can and should eat. They can be used to make delicious scrambled eggs, omelets, homemade salads, sandwiches, spreads, and mayonnaise.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very tasty and satisfying dish of eggs, cheese, mushrooms and pita bread.
Ingredients:
- mushrooms
- eggs
- cheese
- tortilla or pita bread
- cream cheese
- ham
- lettuce leaves
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the sliced mushrooms, pour the beaten eggs on top.
2. Place the tortilla on top, let the eggs set and turn over.
3. Spread the cream cheese, put ham, cheese, lettuce leaves and fold in half.
Cut in half and you're ready to eat!
