The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very tasty, fluffy, and successful sponge cake made in a slow cooker.
Ingredients:
- 8 eggs
- 360 g of sugar
- 220 g of flour
- 50 g of cocoa
- 5 g of baking powder
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar for about 10 minutes until fluffy and light. Add the sifted flour, cocoa, and baking powder in two steps. Mix gently with a spatula in one direction.
2. Grease the multicooker bowl with butter and pour in the batter.
3. Bake on the "bake" setting for 1h20 minutes. If you are cooking in the oven, take a 20 cm split ring. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
